Feb. 19th, 2012 02:18 am[Today, we are greeted by Nurse Reisen quietly adjusting the camera and whispering softly to it.]
Test 1. Subject: Kyon.
[She backs up from the camera and pulls a needle out of the drawer, using that to cover up the fact that she was setting up her camera. Oops, yes, there is Kyon sitting on the doctor's table.]
Alright! Our checkup is complete. We just need to do one more thing.
Great. [No, not great. He notices the needle in her hand, and grimaces.] Okay, wait. You didn't say anything about shots.
It's just a booster shot to protect you from future issues. You're not a baby are you?
Well, no. It's natural to get nervous when a doctor pulls out a needle.
Hmmmm... [She holds up a ball of cotton either way.] Hold out your arm and relax. Just be happy I'm not asking you to pull down your pants.
Alright, alright. [He takes a deep breath and holds his arm out, closing his eyes.]
[Reisen frowns because he's acting like a baby! But she disinfects his arm and quickly gives him the injection of the clear fluid.] Tell me how you feel in about thirty seconds.
[Kyon sucks it up, and at least he doesn't wince when it's actually injected. As per her instruction, he waits. His expression changes, and he forms a smile after the thirty seconds are up.]
I feel great. Looks like everything was a success, doctor.
[Great! She starts scribbling in her folder.] Just great? Do you feel relaxed, stiff, energetic, lethargic, etc.?
I don't know. It just feels like a really good feeling. The kind of feeling you get when you know you're in good hands. [That smile he's currently rocking is a... pretty damn unKyon like smile.] It only makes sense, considering I have a smart and cute doctor like you to check up on me.
[That was unexpected and Reisen blushes a little but starts scribbling like mad.] Umm, I'm glad you think so. Maybe.
I know so. The ears are one thing, but it's the outfit that pushes your charm right through the top! Someone up there has to be looking out for me for me to have had you look after me.
R-Right....uh...
[Crap, not what she expected. Reisen turns back to the camera and turns it off, wondering what kind of monster she has created.]
[Kyon is in blue and Reisen is in purple. They will be tagging seperately.]
